Manchester United head coach, Sir Alex Ferguson, granted the Mexican striker a deserved vacation winnning the Gold Cup with the Tricolor just last Saturday.
Ferguson awarded Javier Hernandez 3 weeks away from the pitch and will rejoin the team in late July against the Chicago Fire. Resting ManU's primary gunner is Ferguson's main objective so Chicharito will be ready for the 2011-2012 season, where in early August, Man U will face the Community Shield against Manchester City.
Hernandez will miss games against New England Revolution (July 13) and against the Seattle Sounders (July 20).
