Is Mexico unstoppable? A juggernaut? Iron-men?

Currently, Mexico is unstoppable folks, plan and simple, El Tri can score at will and defend better than any team. Yet, who can challenge Mexico? Many felt America had the best shot, at least, slowing down El Tri as they march ever closer to another Gold Cup championship. Yet, last week, the United States proved to be vulnerable and seemingly lost during scoring opportunities. We still might see this matchup, but I am guessing Mexico would roll over the U.S., maybe not by four goals, but still a noticeable victory.

As Brian Straus put it at The Sporting News,"It’s very difficult to imagine anyone derailing the Mexican freight train at this Gold Cup. El Tri has played with the swagger of a team that can score as many goals as it chooses."

I agree, Brian! Mexico has tallied 14 goals in three games and gave up just one score from a stunning strike by Marco UreƱa in a 4-1 win over highly-regarded Costa Rica on Sunday. Prior to the Gold Cup there was so much chatter on Mexico vs. the U.S., Mexico vs. Canada.,
Mexico vs. _______. We also saw sports bloggers foreseeing a Miami Heat-esque upset over Mexico, I guess anything is possible, but even with a depleted roster Mexico is rolling over it opponents. I am at a loss, who do you think has the best shot at challenging Mexico. Persuade me to consider any other team that can match-up with El Tri.
