Keys for Mexico to capture Gold Cup victory

Mexico is a powerhouse, the world is well aware. However, the United States is no joke either. The U.S. has a stingy defense that will probably limit shot opportunities. So what does Mexico need to do to take home the Gold Cup?

1. Chicharito has to touch the ball: Hernandez will need to be more envolved than he was during the Honduras match. He is El Tri's greatest weapon and no U.S. player can match him.

2. Gio needs to play bigger: Dos Santos has been playing well so far, but Gio will need to up his game against the United States. Chicharito will be swarmed on every offensive set, which will leave others open for scoring opportunities.

3. Defense needs to remain rigid: Mexico's defense has been like an iron curtain for most of the Gold Cup. Actually their discipline on the pitch has been impressive, but El Tri will need to continue this defensive dominance to bring home the Gold Cup.

These are my keys to a Mexico victory, what are some other areas El Tri needs to improve?
