Tijuana Xolo's endure rough start

Last weekend the Tijuana's Xolo's debut ended in disappointment, losing 2-1 to last season's beaten finalists Morelia in front of a packed Estadio Caliente.

American-born Joe Benny Corona scored the border club's first goal in the Mexican top flight just before halftime, but a late penalty converted by Miguel Sabah gave Morelia the points. Despite the Xolo's best efforts, Morelia was clearly in control during the entirety of the match.

Tijuana will face a very dangerous Monterrey this weekend.
