Manny Pacquiao and has an official challenger. For the third time, Pacman will take on the reigning lightweight champion, Juan Manuel Marquez. According to Yahoo-Deportes, the fight will take place on November 12 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The promoter Top Rank, which represents Pacquiao, met on Tuesday to close the deal and sign contracts.
