Reynosa native, Jaime Garcia, gives solid pitching performance for Cards

Jaime Garcia had another great start, but got a no decision during the Cardinals 2-1 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday. The left-hander pitched eight innings with five hits, an unearned run, and five strikeouts. Garcia lowered his ERA to an impressive 1.64, however he is still seeking his sixth win of the season.
