Gold Cup organizers informed Mexico that it will be allowed to replace the five players dropped from the squad after testing positive for a banned substance. The Gold Cup organizing committee said Sunday that Mexico is allowed to name five new players ahead of Wednesday's semifinal against Honduras, and those players can be made available for the Gold Cup final.
