Headlined by a bantamweight title tilt pitting champion Dominick Cruz against AMC Pankration product Demetrious Johnson, UFC Live 6 goes down Oct. 1 from the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.
Also featuring a heavyweight showdown featuring stout kickboxer Pat Barry taking on towering Dutchman Stefan Struve, the event's main draw airs live on cable network Versus. Promotion officials announced the Rosa-Maldonado matchup on Wednesday morning.
