Pumas remain undefeated; Retain First place of Mexico Apertura

Pumas drew 1-1 with Santos on Sunday to remain undefeated in the Mexico Apertura tournament and retain first place with 11 points after five rounds. Chivas won 2-1 at Morelia to also remain unbeaten - one point behind Pumas with a game in hand. Atlante is at the bottom of the league standings after its home loss to Queretaro, which has won its last two games.
